Cream magazine an admixture or arty lights intelligent and contemporary and sundry alike reads. Is a magazine that informs but with a difference it’s a women mag read, every woman likes a down time reading about our issues and enjoys it no woman doesn’t so here, for you Cream , as its time to tell you its time to change the convention that is women’s magazines. Please enjoy the writes as you sail through them. But first enjoy CRAVINGS from the editor: I bought my prescription antacids and woo did I get that smelly feeling even before I had swallowed it. Pregnancy cravings, what’s yours a bottle of fizzy coke and antacids? A Cole slaw rather, that’s a gourmet wrap. Do you know that when it’s the fourth month that’s when babies develop ears. Baby myths?  Not sure I heard from my Grand mum. I believe cravings takes away the ill feeling one has while a baby is growing in the belly. There was this one time I needed that bottle of fizzy coke and I had money for my hairdo and only that just a couple of notes extra. A frown a craving but still I left for the salon, on my journey there stood a black olive seller. My eyes zoomed on her. I love that beats fizzy coke any day, No cash not enough to earn me a small pouch of black olive, so can you help me with just one? eyes on my belly she laughs handing me some, expensive but here, she says. Cravings are healthy but I believe the absence of a morning sickness give us voracious cravings. An appetite for not one particular but more than. In the absence of craving there is a persnicketiness, or a sourness of character Itemilola says she likes banana with groundnuts so how good is your cravings for you and the baby. Cravings are natural gifts from the maker to allow you soar through a full term. And this affects the size of the baby the bigger and healthy your cravings the healthier the bigger you baby. Don’t think so.? Jhani thinks anything goes when she is pregnant, lucky her. There was this one time I wanted to micromanage my sour cream mixed with chicken flour in take – a shawarma. It’s now three thousand per wrap. Sour. I bought all ingredients even frozen chicken inclusive – smart me. But I still craved for the vendors. So I stashed everything away for the cook and kept heading for the shawarma stand. Pregnancy cravings a sorry state of mind. I think one forgets about managing when it comes to cravings you just want that particular meal and woe betide anyone in your way.  Simple ways to enjoy is to budget for your craving needs with hubby if you can if not take it as it comes there will be a little disgruntleness with hubby. So  micromanage.

WHAT’S NEW IN BABY PRODUCT

I visited a baby shop and I noticed a tabular that allows you place the baby at the top and allows you clean and wipe the baby may be for a diaper change. The things is  the height is at a level that allows the mum comfortably take care of the baby. The fact is it  can be a multipurpose as you can feed and also arrange apart from diapers baby food around the lower desk of the baby gadget. They say they call it a wotler.

MUNDANE HISTORY

Flowers have their story right from inception or do you think woe only at the garden. – not true, the story at the garden is, it actually started with Haroun and Nana Maryann – please lets read the zara magazine app, just by the way, but lets run with the Adam story a fruit then definitely there should be some flowers may be petal buds before a fruit burst at the garden now there is a history of flowers. Flowers were used as ornaments at one time early years but began becoming product you buy 1500 and also for their fragrance. It’s a mundane history so I will tell you this, flowers began becoming gift in the 1600s were Hamid gifted Cleopatra are basin of them. It should be understood that it is a mundane so flowers are expensive when you have peculiar ones that you don’t get anywhere but a particular or particular places in the world. Now, mundane history-flowers has been used from time inception as bath foamize, and soaps. History has it that they were used to signal the presence of the woman who the king will want to marry in Corsica as a perfume a particular scent connoting a particular message or messages to the king.

Flowers are beautiful when each region has its particular kind. But when we have a particular one that all regions share- that’s a rose we have stories like the rambling rose in this case the rose is the woman, they use  roses as rouge, women in France in the 1700s. But how many stories do we have depicting women as flowers that’s the beauty of it. Women. Flowers. We make them beautiful, they make us beautiful. Flowers are ornamental, beautifying, body caring and are ramblers. History has it that Nana Marynn used to do her undies with petals and their tiny baby hairs in the field. It’s mundane and its history, there are several story lines that depict women as flowers so mundane says they are beautifying gifts and should be cherished as the first bride in the world had bridal flower arrangements on her head. Till date we still take after this practice. Back in history when I was little i came over a baby comber full off buttery smell and I wondered why it shouldn’t be used as a creamery either a meal or a she care product. Its history and it mundane so why do women love flower’s it colors, its delicateness, its flamboyance, history has it started becoming popular on prints with Nana Fatima Zayyid in 1851 after that in not too recent years on rug design with Nana Fatima Zayyids progeny Binta Harris.

FEMALE AUTHORSHIP

Female writers to my mind have been stereotyped, one for their choice of writing themes and two for their minds.

Have you thought romance perchance perhaps, that’s a half-truth.  Our choice of topic for innovation – write, makes us standout as best in text oratory. My thought. Yours too?. Back to romance, – forget romance, these days there are no finance. Authorship is when you own the story or stories in a book. But have you thought why people these days have begun to enjoy female authorship. A story that leads you to good when life imitates art is whats the practice. I read a Dan brown and that was when female pen name and  texts in a box, a book authorship, reinvented itself. Take away romance, a womans ability to tell a story comes from her tending, nurturing, practicalising mind. But the moment she stands to stereotype with romance or have a particular thought pattern for a write or should I say also when she tries to grimace reality on text imitate the males, that is when there is no gainsaying. So here I advise the real need for a big ups-respect for female authorship as they are usually out to correct ills, advice and explain issues in humanity. But most females authorings have failed to see that, as these days they’ve begun again  go back to romance. This I think have begun to tire educated minds even uneducated women folk. A penny for your thought Mrs. Dan Brown, Penny Jordan too. So take a leeway queue from these as how natural to love been something we learn from books is derelict. I tell you there is a need for female authors to use their gift of garb through text to correct ills etc. I think that should be our first mantra as authors, regardless. So give me a story Sister, give me a story grand mum, give me a story aunt, give me a story cousin .That’s the beauty of our nurturing tending spirit to take it out to the world. Don’t out to destroy with how we ought to love everyone beautiful in her own special way never Sally romance beatifics on print. That’s why we all have bedrooms a signage particularly yours, meant there. So let’s keep our loving bedroom antics secret. And run gallow to run country through our special writing skilling.. Penny for your thought Penny Jordan and the Mills and boon group too.

ABOUT BAGS

Ever had that handy piece where everything goes into it. Not a purse a bag. The first bag I ever came across was a handy compact metal chandler my mum’s a hippy white all scales with all the right pockets inside I loved that bag. Bags are ostentatious sometimes official efficient pieces we all love to have I can tell you one thing they are products we all love to have for travel and for around town it depends on the purpose. These days they almost all look alike but it depends on the designer. We have different colors my favorite material for a bag is leather and when in ethnic Africa. Skin. Designers of these, these days imitate each other but there is a technique and you can make it better and different. It comes big it comes small it even comes tiny that’s a purse. Sorry a purse is a bag-tiny bag. We have designers of bags in each country of the world so you can imagine as there are over a tens of millions of women and men that use them. I can say its good and big business then. But real bags comes with a popular brand a Chloe here a mulberry there. Do we sink in home country designers for Europe and American brands I think they say it’s sotto voce to own them? I saw a beautiful Vincci brand and loved it to a beckham Mrs. Brand. I love creature comforts, I love love gifts, I love bags ,bags come in handy that’s a poem, oh, no a rhyme, no a rhyme poem.

ABOUT ANIMATORS

Animation or cartoon as popularly called is a kind of film where inanimate objects are meant to appear as if animate or movable and alive. Through this medium of production, different targeted audience can be reached amicably. It is a medium by which complex information is conveyed in a simplistic way and creates relaxed environment. While most people talk about the intrigue nature of animation, it becomes more antique to know that in animation industry, there are also great female animators whose work are making waves not only within the shores of Africa but other parts of the world. One of such great female animators we will be looking at here is Eguvwe Majomi Yugbovwre also called EMY. Eguvwe Majomi Yugbovwre also known as EMY is a graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Portharcourt Nigeria. At 30, in the year 2010 she realised that animation can be a means of generating income so she invested three million naira to set the renown Ajebotoons Studio. For the first few years she created her studio, she worked alone and hustled her way up, to where she is today. She never waited for the white collar job as most graduates. One of her most popular animation is Ajebo vs Kpako. The popularity of this work which she produced with great reluctance and basically for  entertainment turned out to be accepted and loved by people around the world. With this development, she started producing it in series. Eguvwe rose to fame and popularity, her productions gained recognition home and abroad. Some of her productions were nominated for awards like the International Film Festival (AFRIFF) among others. Even though her production are accessible via YouTube, she is working tirelessly to create more visibility via other channels. One can say she is one of the very few female animators .Ajebotoons has a total of 70.1k subscribers. Of all her productions Ajebo vs Kpako (school waster) which has been online for the past two years has gained 3.1 million views making it the most watched. Her work generally talks about or compares the life of the rich (Ajebo) to that of the poor (kpako) children in our society. Her work talks about the in accessibility of the poor to good food, good homes, poor educational background even as far as to their level of reasoning as compared to the rich children. Even though these things are addressed and pointed out vividly, it is presented in a manner and way that is not offensive or disturbing either to the proposed audience rather it is seen as a humorous presentation which result to the laughter on the part of viewers.Looking at one of such episode school waster, it talks about a child who has less or no value for education because he feels school is a scam. Although funny to watch, when critically observed it becomes obvious that school can be a  scam especially when as a graduate without connections even with a first class getting a decent job becomes a problem and that is why most graduates who do not have anyone at the top struggle to leave the country in search of a greener pasture. With all these being said, it becomes even more fascinating that the language use, costume and settings of Eguvwe’s works depict real life events presented in a really funny way both for kids and adults. Most children who watch these works will say something like: ,look at their house, he does not know anything. All these seems funny even though is a serious reality. Being in the 21st century it is intriguing to know and have female diving into various fields of life. Just like Eguvwe, we have many women today making a living and supporting the society in best ways ever from self, to family to the society at large. With the efforts seen so far younger generations have models to look up to and have a well channelled effort towards bettering themselves for greater things in life.

FEMALE TECHIE TECH

The advent of technology and the improvement that followed years after has brought a lot of speedy development to the human race. Technology is an important aspect of the modern society and it is almost impossible to do away with technological advancements. From history, technology saw the boom in its usage for the first time during the industrial revolution when the capitalism was on the rise. There is no doubt that since the advent of technology, there are remarkable progress in every aspect of the society. The Mobile phone is a product of the technological advancement in the world. The mobile phone serves the purpose of effective communication, with no boundaries. Before its introduction, the mode of communication has been letters, mails, fax etc. which might take days before the recipient will receive such message. But with the introduction of mobile phones, communication has improved and changed drastically. The mobile system was introduced into the Nigerian market sometime around 2001, by the former President Olusegun Obasanjo during his first four years. The market was expanded, that gave rise to healthy competitions. The first set of mobile phones brand that shipped into the country includes the likes of Motorola, Bird, Sagem. Nokia, Blackberry among others. These brands were very expensive to purchase as at then because of their functionalities. Need to say, they were not easy to come by. These phones as at then can snap pictures, browse, download music, download movies etc. but with limited memory space in terms of the RAM( attached storage capacity) and in-built storage. These phones camera seems to be the best picture quality we could get as at then. Only some selected individuals can afford these phones because of price. And once they purchase these phones, they guard it jealously. Blackberry for instance, became popular because of the Messenger which was part of the features of the phones. This BBM, abbreviation for Blackberry Messenger, came with a personal pin. Only people using a Blackberry Smartphone can be added to this Messenger. To be added, you have to share your personal Blackberry Pin with the other party before you can be added to their list. Once that is done, you have access to chat with the person via the messenger, share pictures, check display picture (DP) and so on. The word “DP” also became popular among Blackberry users . One of the problems of this Blackberry smartphone is the issue of battery. This phone doesn’t have a long-lasting battery.Unlike  Nokia, it was known for its durability. Nokia is another brand that has a lot of people rushing the products. But then, most of the Nokia phones were not smartphones unlike now, there are now Nokia Smartphones. Sagem is another mobile phone that received prominence when it was introduced. It can with very loud speaker, durable and some features. But after a while, it disappeared because it couldn’t stand the competition in the industry. The mobile phones have since then evolved and a lot of fascinating brands and features has been added. You can now get a smartphone phone with a long-lasting battery, super memory capacity, attractive cameras and other mind-blowing features all in just one smartphone.  For instance, the Iphone has iOS. The iOS is a mobile operating system created and developed exclusively for their products. The brand offers a reasonable memory size and a captivating feature in areas such as the processor, the graphics, the architecture, the design, the display, the network etc. Other brands such as Samsung, Tecno, Infinix, Gionee etc are also trying to meet the demand in the competitive market. These phones offer features that are worthy.Their camera, display, functionalities, Operating System, Network, memory capacity etc. are also enticing. In conclusion, the trend of development in the mobile phone industry has been highly competitive. The recent products by these brands are way better than the earlier version of the phones. The recent product has reduced  some of the problems in the earlier version. The earlier version of mobiles could be sometimes heavy, not sleek, poor memory space and bad camera. But with the recent products by these brand, all of that has been sorted. Nowadays, an Apple wristwatch can serve the purpose of a smartphone. Also, the introduction of fingerprints, facial recognition and gestures to unlock phones is another added advantage to the recent smartphones we have in the market today. In technology priors and recent priors we will try to rethink the hype in foreign gadgets. Is it worth the buy that former technology over the most recent or is that foreign produce better  than that home owned  that’s mindset produce. So enjoy this intro.

He was also involved in the productions of his church drama group. Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen is married to Aimua Imasuen, and they are blessed with three lovely children. Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen Career: Lancelot joined a professional theatre company called Earthpot Kulture in Benin at a young age. His career as a director started with Evangel Theatre, a TV Gospel Drama Series, at age 19.From 1988-1991 when Lancelot relocated to Lagos, he worked as a casual staff of the Bendel Broadcasting Service (BBS). He was the first African filmmaker to be a guest on CNN (Screening Room) in 2009.currently the Honorary Academic Chair on Filmmaking, Theatre and Mass Communication of the Department of Mass Communication, Benson Idahosa University, Benin City, Nigeria. I love old movies I love Love Birds, love bird is a movie based on the life of some families in diaspora. The movie centers on two love birds Odion and Ivie who are engrossed in love with each other but their parents don’t want to let them be together because of the enmity existing between them which was as a result of business gone wrong even though the two family used to be very good friends. The parents of Ivie would rather she marry the son of another family friend whose parents are among the wealthiest of people, the Otumba Dynasty. But Ivie will not betray her love for Odion and her parent especially her mother would not be considerate to let Ivie marry the love of her life. It so happened that she was engaged to Ademolathe son of a multi billionaire against her wish. Ivie finally brought Odion into her own family house secretly and have him stay in the house for some weeks with nobody knowing. While Odion was with her, Ademola who was a spoilt brat come over to the house and into her room, thinking she was the only one at home, he tried to rape her but she fought free from his grip and out of anger he forgot his gun and left the house. When Odion came out of hiding, he took the gun. Ivie and Odion finally forced the two family into getting them married through Ivie’s father by a clergy over the phone. The movie goes to tell us the need for parents to listen to their children and not ruin their lives in pursuit  of wealth or other selfish interests rather look into the well being of the children instead. In this movie by Lancelot, the action in the movie is seen more vividly in the character of Stella Damascus as mother of Ivie as she tries to impose her will at every point on her daughter’s life. We are able to see that even though the movie is about love and relationship, it goes hand in hand with comedy as enacted through the use of language so that even though it was shot in the US, pidgin english with pure mother tongue interference was so obvious. The use of light aids the shooting of any movie to depict or relate to the audience what it wants to relate as perfectly and as realpossible. Love Birds is not an exception as canbe seen in some scenes of the movie for instance, when Ivie brought Odion into her father’s house, the lights where used interchangeably to reveal to viewers how tense the girl and her lover are and on the other hand how suspicious her parents were. Another instance is when they got into her room, the light was dimmed later on to reflect romance and calmness.the lights usedwhen Odion hid inIvies car trunk was so dim and dull that one is meant to believe he was truly locked in the car trunk. Also after Odion ordered that his mother be called over to Ivies house by Ivie’s mother at a gun point it was in a broad day light but the light used indicated that Odions mother arrived in the evening. In the movie we have themes of love, hatred, arrogance, pride which led us to the climax where we have themes of bravery, fear, immaturity and reconciliation resolving the movie. Although the movie was shot in the US, it depicted the life of a typical African family and way of life. Watching this movie can not be said to be a waste of time as there is a lot to learn from it. It is not just entertaining it speaks to  culture.

KOSAI -AKARA  (BEANS CAKE)

Whenever we mention the word Nigerian street cuisine people’s reaction reflect the level of love and passion over street foods that can not be over emphasized. Even with the several different luxurious, classy and beautiful restaurants around basically to impress and get customers, Nigerians cling to the street foods such that a people will pack their car by the road side to come down or beckon of sellers in order to buy. It is even more interesting to note  that most of the street foods can be gotten at an amazingly cheap cost. Today we are talking about one of such delicious and cheap yet rich street cuisine known as Bean Cake also called Kosai or Akara. It is a deep fried beans paste mixed with other ingredients. After preparation, it comes out in a ball shape. Different people consume Akara with different foods also at different times. Most Nigerians consume it as breakfast with pap and at night as dinner with bread. This is why the best time to get Akara is either in the morning or evening on Nigerian streets. Akara is a very good source of protein and very healthy for the body and general body growth for children especially. Knowing this much about Akara, one may want to make it themselves in the house that is why I will be telling us how to make this sumptuous meal.

BEIJING CONFERENCE ITS IMPORTANCE THREE DECADES LATER.

Beijing and a conference in 95 to my mind that’s a gathering a kind that dates back to suffragates non suffragates didactics, onerous,. Manhandling that need not be and a consciousness that said they need to be involved. So there sits a first lady from Nigeria Mary quite never contrary what was her script about lets read. What happened in Beijing all the women gathered and said no to prioritizing that didn’t involve them. But were looking for a leaning that said without never contrary women countries was a misran. Back to Mary’s script it was a forlorn script that complained about  never been prioritized and marginalized and never ever going cross bar it was a story for every black female consciousness as regards issues beyond statehood and statehood .The speech or sorry script whichever one you choose  started with a goodwill and also a reminder about the African woman and equality for her in all spheres political, social and economic. Did you know a prelude to the Beijing convention was the estabilishment of a women ministry  and a center for women development in Nigeria. The issues Mary raised  were  poverty, development, peace, equality- girl childs . But what lesson did we go with  first the speech on poverty Its difficulty for a woman to own her life be conscious of her worthiness before she hinges herself to a male counterpart talk about girl child education, entrepreneurial skills, vocation training we now have it and even before then an orientation mantra.  In Nigeria the need to own your life as a woman is neglible perhaps culture but never religion .So whoever rates a woman as a machismo because she wants to be that mother maker that makes it happen for herself is an anti suffragate and in this present period an anti-Beijing convention actor. So it were female spouses of  head of government each on a mission about the merciless disregard for female power. It is right to say the Beijing convention gave women confidence and to date helped them in every facet of life be it at work or home. We have had less of the mantra chant for women emancipation that means we are getting what we want just to say the confidence of every woman was evoked after the convention. How politically equal are we how economic. Do we get scuttled while coming out for office not so per say but we have few office holders what’s the reason per chance by chance the need to tell that there is need for economic- financial power before she gains political empowerment both in tandem always hand in hand  one before the other financial strength before political or political before economic- financial. That’s  all. Check the write up on women entrepreneurs I think we will find a way out there a secret state for economic strength.

FEMALE QUOTAS

It’s a political meet and greet and Laraba is at a juncture of being nominated as a candidate for her party first a call card that says she is an active hardworking member of a political party is raised, the hugging and greeting and jubilation from other female members of the party goes on. Andrew Shinghai  a contestant toostaring daggers and then a woebegone fake smile at her when she notices him.  It’s a  nomination session at the parliament Ladi is at top gear giving a brilliant solving message while the members of parliament listen on . A member gets up you said as Director General of the NTA you will make sure there are media attaches in every country in Africa for your international Tv have you ever wondered about the cost. Solomon has just wade into the governors office with Florence Munn Attah being urged while she hurries after him. Your excellency I will like you to meet  Florence Attah she is the nominee for the ministerial position. Me Hari Fatima as the party chairman I will make sure we have the most brilliant servants for the people, reduce cost of nomination forms and also allow women their special quota contribution to the party. I want you to know if you reelect me   as senator I will make sure me Veronica Hubot work twice as hard my  work ethic you all know it alone should take precedence over my brilliant campaign manifesto what Dan ita my counterpart is saying about me is lies all lies please my track record should take precedence. Female quota and governance in Nigeria the issue has been  the disregard for their contribution in Government   or the believe that they are fragile beings that can’t contribute to the society in the case of Andrew  Shinghai he believes since Laraba is a woman he can openly disregard her nomination how many kind of similar situation have women being facing a machination scheming and counter scheming that stops women from being leaders . I hope Patricia Ete didn’t go through such scheming to be toppled as Madam speaker . Since the inception of the 4th republic how many female governors have we had it can be counted if there is . The choice of a leader with quality which to my mind I believe most females fall under such should  precede any macho preference. In the case of Ladi her brilliant idea comes with a stupid dis regard for it. The members think it will be a waste of resources our brilliant ideas are almost always not taken seriously even when they are accommodated publicly men go behind our backs to scuttle it. In the case of Hari I think a female party chairman will birth one of the strongest political party in Nigeria that will also solve the issue of female quotas been less. Women are problem solvers in the case of Veronica where we have few members of parliament female representation should take precedence. Their has been female leadership even before postcolonial governance we have The amina  , The KOfono, The Luwo Gbadiaya  so what did they do differently even as at that time that they didn’t face macho machinations I think their past record should have given us precedence for our male counters to know we will do any leadership brilliantly they should know better we nurture them, our past record I still insist should precede us.With the emergence of queens and ooni female ones, at this day and age their shouldn’t be much ado about female leadership and representation. To buttress read Maryam Abachas speech at Beijing convention of 1995.

HEALTH ADMINISTRATION BOTTLENECKS THAT AFFECTS FEMALE HEALTH.

So here is Wanda sitting at a hospital reception wondering if there is a problem with her post natal coil insertion .Unlike others tablets and coils alike it don’t make her fat, it don’t make her pimply, it definitely don’t make her ugly. The only odd thing is that nagging feeling she has of something blocking her womby – makes her think she won’t be having a baby again, completely. That’s the only ish in the paranoia issue. So Again here wanders  Dr Yewande all obstretic health and all I wonder if she has a coil too I saw her with a 4 yr old one time I was at the hospital, strolling in all smiles and confident she nods that I follow her into her office. Yes I received your call yester night. Yes Dr. I have been spotting and between yesterday and today it has become a full bleed. Alright. I should think it’s a problem with your contraceptive coil may be a little too snug or has bolted out and I pray you haven’t taken in, in the process and I again pray its not just complications from the coil.  Contraceptive health is a concept in health that needs to be treated unbeknownst not with kids glove as it is an issue that deals with birthing and then the lack of or a halt in it.  The issue of issues in contraceptive health seems mundane but if you look at it critically it is a death toll mine that goes unnoticed. Statistics? and research has read it as, but what are the health administration bottlenecks that has made it a problem .One is the lack of thorough health care pros and cons  understanding of side effects of these contraceptive, you only gain understanding of these contraceptive only when you want to use it if not there is no thorough ,duration long public enlightenment orientation that should go like an aids campaign as regards contraceptive ‘cept for the posters urging you to buy and use them that gives you little or no information about the contraceptives there is no brainstorming between public and the professionals to see what contraceptive has this or that peculiar problem or side effect as said unlike an aids campaign this death toll mine is regardless. Wanda is on the examination bed wondering if she has taken in again or what in heavens name complication she is having with the coil. I think the coil missed your loop and you are bleeding, ever used this particular one? .No I just go for injections. Have you ever had complications with the injection? Yes apart from making me fat pimply ugly and hypertensive I took in with my 4month old while his older sister was five months old despite the injection. How many children do you have now two. How many years of marriage two. Dr Yewande looks up smiling and not frowning I wonder how many children she has I saw a six years old walking along with the 4yr old that one time. Child spacing is a healthy health concept once both partners are okay with it but once there is a hesitation between one of the two partners it becomes a  tandem natural flow thought that becomes distorted by the hesitant spouse may be the other spouse not been comfortable with the concept. Why do we have hesitations there is no research read as to which of the spouses are much hesitant is it the male or the female that’s all.  Now to take from a novelist there are three type of lies and statistics is one of them. Does Wanda who has two babies back to back and is expecting a third smother the baby just because of some community medicine countries statistics and how too many people count hinders development what if baby three is that beauty that will change the world. To my mind population and community medicine go hand in hand to buttress economic health parlance of government but one should understand that down here yonder we have no communist government where people are treated as numbers. How old did you say your baby was?. Just four months. What do you want to do?. What do you think?. You are two weeks pregnant?.  I suspected ,I will discuss with my husband. Getting up we will give you a call. The issue of contraception is a vis a vis of family spacing or should we use the old warmer term family planning to my mind family spacing should involve a plan but in a situation where it goes awry should method take the day this is a life fertile human growing and whether it is a day a week or a month there is a connection. So how do we make these contraceptive work to the optimum as sometimes they aren’t perfect even if they are they come with complications still. How do  we solve the issue of imperfection when it comes to contraceptive and has the family spacing issue been handled to the umpteenth in Nigeria if No why isn’t it taken seriously is it because we all know and believe that population count is a statistics  another  damn kind of lie. What is the real carnage behind the contraception malaise. Wanda sits I will keep the child. Telling all of you with her kind of ish. Population issue in health service delivery which is actually community medicine needs to be very accurate for information about particular health care delivery issues in this case contraception to be taken seriously. How do the community medicals get there datas I believe you don’t just walk into a population census office and expect to work with their population count. No. There should be a department in every health ministry that does a statistics research count so as to have understanding of hitherto unknown issues that elude solving may be because one does not have understanding of the problem does not have a headcount of how many people have this problem in this case for example how many women use contraceptive in Nigeria, what ages are prone to complications and what kind of population are mostly used you don’t ship these kind of issue to the epidemiology department and expect results that will solve the issue .On this issue I think there is a need for a thorough information finding that involves a head count and effect from a ministerial department whose function is to work on population and effect .It should also work to involve the socials in community medicine like in this case what is the effect of having three babies in a two year span whats the socialism in it and how will it affect the supposed country’s population economy. Community medicine should be humane you know.
